Futon Return Policy?
At Futon Company, if a product is found unsuitable or not satisfactory, it can be returned for a full refund. The product should be returned in its original packaging and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. The responsibility to arrange the return of any non-faulty products lies with the customer. Products can be returned to any of the 23 stores or to the warehouse.
To return an order to the warehouse, contact customer support at help@futoncompany.co.uk for a return label and instructions. A collection can be arranged for the standard collection charge, which will be the same as the original delivery charge.
Please note, if the returned product is damaged (excluding possible damages by delivery carriers), has been used or is in unsaleable condition, a full refund may not be possible. This does not affect statutory rights.
Certain products cannot be returned unless faulty due to health and hygiene reasons as they cannot be re-sold. These include:
- Futons and futon covers
- Mattresses
- Sleepover products
- Face and eye masks
Ex Display products may be exempt from the returns policy. Flat packed furniture that has been partially or fully assembled cannot be accepted.
If an order needs to be cancelled, do so by contacting help@futoncompany.co.uk and stating the order number within 14 days of placing the order. Only orders that have not been processed for despatch or been despatched can be cancelled. Store collection orders can be cancelled any time before the products in the order have been collected. If the order has already been collected, refer to the Returns section.
A cancellation handling fee up to £50 may be charged if the order contains handcrafted products (e.g. futons or mattresses) and it has already been processed for despatch or has been despatched.
